Grant Niblo is our main Concierge. He is on duty Monday to Thursday from 8am to 6pm (with a 30 minute lunch break).

Duties include:

• The main role of the Concierge team is security of the building.
• Welcoming residents and monitoring others entering The Residence.
• Receiving parcels and deliveries on your behalf (including newspapers).
• Giving you your meter readings (All electricity meters are in the Riser cupboard on the ground floor).
• Dealing with problems in the communal areas, e.g. access, lifts etc.
• Directing visitors to the appropriate parking bays (including the overflow car park and associated fobs).
• Coordinating with contractors for deliveries of large household items.

They hold keys for the lifts, both side doors and the Riser cupboards (Water & Electricity Meters are located here)
